Belvedere Nature Walk

Last Thursday the whole school departed Delvin for Belvedere House and Gardens for what has become our annual pre-Mid-Term nature walk.

Every class from Junior Infants to Sixth enjoyed a beautiful autumn day walking along the shores of Lough Ennell before having a spot of lunch. Afterwards we stretched our legs further on the playgrounds and zip-lines before returning back to school thoroughly refreshed ahead of the Mid-Term break.

A big thanks to the folks at Belvedere for their hospitality and for Deelside Coaches for ferrying the school in and out of Mullingar!
